I noticed this morning that the plug in causes the entire section to look gray on my page. the plug in seems to work ok on Internet explorer but when I go to the same page on my mac the section s all grayed out. if I deactivate the plug in the section is visible again but of course the calculator is missing since the plug in is deactivated .. is this a known issue that it is not compatible with chrome.  or is this specific to me (my settings/site) or is the plug currently down?

    Hello,

It looks like it's coming through fine for me in Chrome.  I attached a screenshot.  Perhaps when you are logged in as admin and viewing the page their might be something else interfering.  There's no known issues with Chrome itself or any of the other modern browsers.

    Thanks!

I suppose just make sure you are using the latest version of Chrome and see if there is anything common to all 3 computers (e.g. proxy server, settings, caching etc.) that might cause an issue.  Other than that I can't see a problem and I'm using the latest version of Chrome.  I think it's safe to say other users of the site would see what the screenshot looks like below.

you know I really do appreciate your prompt responses. but I tried it on a work computer at work. (before I was just at my house) but at work it did work on chrome but only 60% at work it did work on IE again 100%.. so let me show what I mean by 60% so at work I used a 4th computer that's plugged into the network and it did pull up but only have the section is working and 40% of the section is now grayed out (better than the entire section being grayed out). I really need to find the solution for this. id hate to have to buy a different calculator since this one is so visually appealing. please help. in my screen shot you can see in the back ground IE does display the entire section but for some reason chrome is not. again If I disable the plug in then the section is 100% visible again so this has to be the plug in

    Hello again,

Unfortunately I cannot duplicate your issue from my end with any browser.  The calculator itself follows standards with it's structure so there might be something else interfering.  I saw that you said when you remove it, the page displays correctly for you.  The best thing I can think of since I can't see it to troubleshoot is to try putting another large  element in the place where the calculator is and see if there's any display problems.  Also, check and see if you have any javascript errors with your browsers inspector capability.  I don't see any except for an image heading-line.png that's not loading.
